“Overall, my stay was good and I was very glad that I was getting help because I need it.”
“Honesty, it was great. Everyone respected my pronouns and the groups were really focused on my needs. We were like family.”
“Polaris was so much better than the other hospital I went to. I came to Polaris for the same reason I went to the other hospital and they never helped me like you all did. I really think this place has been helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone struggling and who identifies as LGBTQIAA+. I feel accepted here as the boy I really am.”
“I feel that Polaris made a huge difference and had me think about my future goals. I love that it was so positive. Polaris gave me a lot of comfort and support.”
“My stay was very nice because the staff made me feel welcome.”
“I am very glad I came here. If I had to do it all over again I would.”
“I feel it was good with the help that I got and helped me understand a lot of things better.”
